STA Honors Mehmet Kinak with 2025 Dictum Meum Pactum Award

The Securities Traders Association (STA) has awarded Mehmet Kinak, Global Head of Equity Trading at T. Rowe Price, its prestigious 2025 Dictum Meum Pactum (DMP) Award. The accolade recognizes individuals who exemplify unwavering integrity and commitment to advancing the financial services industry, embodying the principle of 'my word is my bond.'

Kinak, a 20-year veteran in financial markets, holds leadership roles across multiple trading advisory committees, including the NYSE's Institutional Traders Advisory Committee and IEX Group's advisory board. His influence extends to market structure discussions at both national and affiliate levels of STA.

The award ceremony will take place during STA's 92nd Annual Market Structure Conference in Washington DC on October 15, 2025. As Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Kinak oversees global equity trading operations, driving execution quality improvements across markets.
